• 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.
• Digital Delivery: Since all products are digital, refunds are based solely on the product’s digital delivery without any physical shipping or handling involved.

Upon issuance of a refund, any license key granted to you will be immediately deactivated. You acknowledge and agree that once a refund is processed, you will lose all access rights, including access to updates and support.

• Investigation of Requests: Refund requests are subject to review. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a request is fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
• Submission Procedures: All refund requests must be submitted through our designated support channels in accordance with the instructions provided on our website. Noncompliance may result in denial of the request.

We do not offer product exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the only remedy available (subject to the refund eligibility outlined above) is a refund.

• Immediate Activation: Your digital product and corresponding license key are activated immediately upon purchase. This activation is subject to revocation as described in Section 3 in the event of a refund.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our products or your violation of this Policy.
